To maintain fairness and consistency for all clients, the following policy is strictly enforced:     •    All client-initiated cancellations, regardless of notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.     •    Deposits are fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled by the stylist.     •    A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.     •    Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may be refused service and will forfeit their deposit.     •    Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under all other circumstances. • All no call no show clients will be banned indefinitely. • Same day cancellations may result in full payment required when booking next appointment.
